THE 4STEPS2THESUN; "FREEDOM IN BEING" LEADERSHIP JOURNEY

 Erin Patrice, the guide on this journey, is an example of leadership and enthusiasm. She has over 20 yrs experience working with and advocating for young people of all ages and backgrounds. She has dedicated her life to community-building and service. Many years of public speaking has allowed Erin to connect with countless people, within and beyond her community. As the founder of The Breaking Bread Village, Erin is committed to building bridges with people from all walks of life. 

The 4Steps2TheSun Freedom in Being Leadership Journey is a gathering that takes place one day a week, over the course of a month. Each session will last one class period, or an hour, depending on the need (based on discussion between Erin’s team and the school’s administrator.)   We want your school to benefit from the joy and fun that others have already experienced!  

Many students hear about leadership, and get the message that they should be magnificent and powerful leaders.  However, often they don’t feel as though they measure up to the expectations, based on the unrealistic narratives and pressure from others. This awesome 4-week journey allows them to see the leader inside of them. Students will see that leaders come in many different forms, and that the first way to reach that power within is to see themselves and their capabilities. Erin is extremely passionate about empowering and inspiring others. She does not take for granted the gift of helping young people to see their full selves. Her love comes out in each session.  

This beautiful journey can take place via Zoom, Google Meet, or safely together on your campus or at your institution.
